Myceda Coffee Table

Myceda coffee table is an evolution from Myceda side table, expanding on the existing nesting structure to create a tabletop with a more expansive textile landscape. It is crafted from individually made knitted textile pieces reminiscent of unfurling flower corals, complete with a hardened glass top. The work explores how textile can function as a structural element in furniture. Through its composite hardened textile body and fiber surface coating, it combines a delicate form with a strong frame.
